Eric Weaver is a veteran digital strategist, lecturer and thought leader focused on social business transformation and marketing innovation. Heading up our Social Strategy & Intelligence practice, Eric has advised and crafted strategies for Alaska Airlines, Hewlett-Packard, Holland America Line, Intel, Jack in the Box, Microsoft, Nature's Path Foods, Starbucks Coffee Company, United Parcel Service, and many more.
@Weave started as a community manager at America Online in 1991 and moved on to build some of the very first websites, intranets and digital content for the Clinton Administration, P&G, Ford, GE, the Mayo Clinic, and several other global brands. These days, he counsels the Fortune 500 on operationalizing social across Marketing, PR, Guest Relations, Customer Care, Training and HR.
Eric graduated summa cum laude from Xavier University. He has lectured for numerous unversities including the University of California at Berkeley, Dublin City University, Pepperdine, and the University of British Columbia. Eric speaks globally on the subjects of social business transformation and consumer behavior. While design, piano and photography are his passions, most of his time is spent in a pressurized cabin 40,000 feet above the earth.
