Beyond the Blog – Social Media Marketing Strategies Course in Seattle (round 2)
Tuesday, May 20th, 2008Spring Creek Group Principals Clay McDaniel and Andy Boyer will be teaching another one-day workshop style “Beyond the Blog” course for marketers of all stripes and types here in Seattle on Tuesday, May 27th at the School of Visual Concepts.
The last time we did one of these courses, back in March, it was a really interesting and fun day. We had a full group of 12-14 people from around a variety of companies and agencies in Seattle — there were b-2-b folks, b-2-c folks, a couple non-profit marketers, several agency colleagues, and it was really useful having a diverse mix of experience and considerations in the room.
We are hoping that anyone who stumbles their way across this post passes the info along — the course is almost full again, which is great, but a few spots remain we think at this point. Feel free to pass along the information to friends or colleagues who want to get the “lay of the land” w/r/t social media, learn strategies for planning and executing the right “mix” of social media marketing campaigns most appropriate to their business type, and even do some hands-on work with us to take the first few steps into social media brand management.
There is a fee for the course, but we think it will be time (and cost) well spent for anyone looking to build their online marketing skills and knowledge. (But then again, we’re biased since we built the curriculum and we’re teaching the course!…)
Cheers.
